Nerve Glides & Hypermobility

The tightness you’re experiencing could come from your nerves. This is where a nerve glide comes in. It takes the nerve and slides it loose from your other tissues, kind of like flossing your teeth.

 

A glide can stay in the middle of your range of motion to allow movement and tension release while also protecting your joints by not taking them to end range.

 

Basically, nerve glides can be ✨ magic ✨ without being complicated. Just a little bit of movement in the right way works wonders! Since our bodies have many different nerves that can cause tightness in different areas, it's important to understand what is impacting you in what way and how to properly care for it.
