Feature Details
Empowered Workout Library: 50+ hypermobility-specific workouts, organized by body region and intensity. Whether you're working on core control, hip stability, or full body foundations, these mix-and-match workouts are designed to support your hypermobile body. These can be accessed on your own time. Most workouts range from 5-20 min. Equipment needs vary by workout. Resistance bands and small variety of dumbbells (2-20 pounds are ideal).
Hypermobility-Specific Cues: Every exercise comes with in-depth video descriptions of how to do the exercise for a hypermobile body. You will learn where you should feel the exercise and what to watch out for to reduce risk of injury.
Movement Buddies Forum: In-app member forum to ask questions, find important updates, and to cheer each other on. Moderated by your coach.
Form Checks: Not confident you’re doing an exercise right? Submit a quick video through the app messenger and your coach will send personalized feedback, corrections, or modifications to help you feel confident and supported in your movement.
Empower Hour Session: This is a monthly, group coaching video call to ask questions, learn more about hypermobile-related topics, and to cheer each other on. A poll will be provided in the Movement Buddies Forum to pick the best day to meet for a majority of participants, usually Saturday morning (Eastern Time). Will be recorded for those who can’t make it.
Studio Programs: Structured 8–12 week rehab programs designed specifically for hypermobile bodies. Each program targets a specific area— hips, knees, neck & shoulders, ankles, and more! They all include progressive workouts, built-in rest, scheduled progressions and hypermobility-specific cues. Workouts automatically assign, but you can pause and start back where you left off when life gets in the way.
Current Programs: Foundations of Strength Training - Beginner, Foundations of Strength Training - Intermediate, Neck & Shoulder Stability, Ankle Sprains & Agility, Build Your Back, Knee Stability.15 Minute Check-in Call: Chat monthly with your coach to make individualized adjustments to your program, review exercises, ask questions, and improve accountability.
Custom Programming: Fully personalized movement program based on your specific goals and problem areas. We will find a way to fit movement into your life based on your schedule, goals, and current equipment.
Initial Consultation: One-time intro call to deep dive into your history and goals. We run through a movement screen which will guide a personalized movement plan for your specific body.
15 % off Hypermobility Coaching Sessions: One-on-one coaching calls can be added to any tier for additional support or when life gets in the way and you need additional support. The Full Support tier receives a 15% discount!
