Heel Bumps

These bumps on the back of your heels are called bilateral piezogenic papules and are part of the hEDS checklist. You do not have to have them in order to have hypermobility, but having them on both feet could be a sign (although there are other causes for them.)

These little bumps are harmless fat herniations through a deep layer of your skin. This happens due to soft and elastic connective tissues + constantly putting pressure on our feet.

Ultimately, nothing to worry about, but worth noting!
