Can you do this? If so, you're probably wanting to celebrate EDS & HSD Awareness Month With Us!

May is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) awareness month. To celebrate, we’re launching a new program, YouTube series, fundraiser, discounts, and more! Learn more about all of our new offers below 👇

  • New Program: Existing Pocket PT members, we have heard your requests and are excited to share our new Neck & Shoulder Push/Press Stability program will be added on May 1st! You’ll learn how to press overhead, progress shoulder strength, and train your chest, forearms, and wrists while keeping hypermobility in mind. This is a 4 week continuation of our original Neck and Shoulder Stability Program which is a prerequisite to the program and can be found currently within Pocket PT.

  • YouTube series: Our new series, “Wait, am I hypermobile?” launches on Sunday May 3rd! Make sure you're subscribed to @TheHypermobileDPT to get notified once each video drops, with a new one every day. This has been my most highly requested content, but most algorithms only show the quirky stuff, not what we can actually do about it. In this 4 week series, you’ll learn:

    • What the ultimate sleeping position, bumping into walls, wetting your shirt when washing the dishes, and loving floor time has to do with hypermobility

    • Exercises to help you find relief if you do these things and have pain

    • End of week workout flows to pull all you’ve learned together

  • Fundraiser: Throughout the month of May we will be donating 100% of the proceeds from a brand new t-shirt design to the EDS Society. Pick one up when they drop on May 1st to help raise awareness for EDS, HSD, and other comorbid conditions in a fun way!

  • Discounts: Current Pocket PT members looking to schedule 1:1 coaching save an additional 15% on any sessions scheduled throughout May. New members joining during May get 50% off their first month of Pocket PT, starting after the 7 day free trial period!

  • Empower Hour: This Saturday is our next Empower Hour session for Pocket PT members. Focusing on Pain & Neuroscience, we will be discussing what pain is, what types of pain there are, and how our nervous system gets re-wired as we experience chronic pain.

Throughout the month of May, our newsletters will discuss all things EDS and HSD! We'll be focusing on explaining what it is, addressing some common misconceptions, and sharing additional resources especially for people who are starting to explore a self-diagnosis or medical professional diagnosis. Whether you're a longtime newsletter subscriber or just joined us recently, we're thankful to have you here and are looking forward to providing some answers and information.

But wait, there's also a freebie ready right now!

If you missed it, don’t forget to grab your free flare day flow chart. We created this to help you navigate flares with a little less overwhelm 💕
