As someone living with a chronic illness, it can feel impossible to manage ever changing flares. As someone living with chronic illness and in the medical field, I go through a specific thought process to help me feel a little more in control of the situation. We wrote this for you to help you navigate flares of different natures. Keep in mind, this is the process that works for me and a lot of my clients, but everyone is different and this is not medical advice. I hope this can be a helpful resource for you!
